Find closest neighbour trees

This function finds closest tree for each tree in the tree layer.


New attributes in the tree layer are created: Three new attributes “ID of closest tree” (ClosestNeighbourID), “Dist. to closest tree” (ClosestNeighbourDist_m) and “Species” (ClosestNeighbourSpecies) are created.


It is possible to include dead trees and /or regeneration circles into the finding process.
