4.22 Add all attribute combinations

Complete records of attribute table

This function adds new records to Example: complete the table - every record of parent table will have respective record in processed table.

Function is applicable for layers related in 1:1 relation to parent layer.

Example: Add all “Structure richness” and “Vegetation cover“ attributes combinations into table “Site”
