Output file format

Query results can be exported to Excel, both "old" (*.xls) and "new" (*.xlsx) format.


Save to navigator file

Navigator file is XML which contains list of entities fulfilling defined SQL Queries. It can be loaded to Navigator tool and helps to quickly switch on desired record in project database.  


If query result is saved to navigator, this tool automatically opens, when Database Query Tool is closed.
  1. Columns of query result table are those as defined in Selection tab
  2. You can change form of column caption by selection from the list of possible alternatives
  3. Statistics of individual attributes defined in Selection tabs appear separately
  4. (Un)tag this button to decide, whether statistics should be included in output file or not
  5. Click Save results to file and open button

or alternatively

  1. Click Save to Excel file button

or alternatively

  1. Click Save to Field-Map navigator file button



  1. Browse the directory to save the output file
  2. Fill a name of file
  3. Click Save
