Script Monitor in Field-Map Data Collector

The Script Monitor can be opened independently on Script Editor and it displays names of layers and attributes where the scripts are running. The script types are distinguished in different colors. If no script has been running for three seconds, a red line separator appears.

• blue rows represent

“OnChange” scripts


•green rows represent

“OnValidate” scripts


•grey rows represent “OnLayer” scripts


•light purple rows represent “Global” scripts

               


The Script Editor is a very useful tool when you develop a complex project where one script can run others.


Note:

The Script Monitor can also be opened by hot keys Alt+D and can be used independently on the Script Editor window.

  1. Switch to the Plots form
  2. Click the Script editor button



  1. The Script editor windows appears
  2. Click the Script Monitor button



  1. The Script Monitor window appears

Run your on-change, on-validate or on-layer script and see the reference in the Script Monitor window

  1. If necessary Clear all script references form the Script Monitor window
  2. Optionally, Copy script references to the clipboard
  3. Click the Close button to close the tools
