2.13 Compiling projects

About the compiling procedure

This procedure creates or updates the entire database structure of the project according to the definitions set in Field-Map Project Manager. Compile your project every time you make any changes to the project structure. If you forget to compile the project, Field-Map Project Manager reminds you prior to exiting the application.

Note:

An information message “Project successfully compiled” occurs at the end of a successful compilation. This message disappears automatically after a moment .

1. Select the menu item Project > Compile Project. 
   The compiling procedure finalizes the creation of the database structure by creating all the necessary files.

2. If there are no errors, an information message Project successfully compiled appears.
