Check database integrity

The Check database integrity function deals with relations of lookup lists and data and also handles “lost records”.


Lost records

A lost record is a record for which a corresponding parent table record does not exist (an ID of each record contains a reference identification to the respective parent record).



In addition, this feature fill in missing FMGUIDs (in older FM projects) and restore the link to parentFMGUID


Problems found between the data and the lookup lists are displayed in the navigator window to quickly find the problem record in the project.
  1. Switch to the Plots form
  2. Click the Database tools button
  3. Select Check Database Integrity



  1. Choose whether you want to check Current plot or All plots in the project



  1. Click OK button to start the process
