Deleting trees

Deleting a tree is an irreversible operation. Make sure that the appropriate tree is selected. When deleting a tree, Field-Map automatically deletes all its attributes, the crown projection, the crown and stem profiles.
  1. Switch to the Map form
  2. Select the Trees layer by double clicking on its label
  3. Select the tree in the map

A green circle indicates the selected tree

  1. Click the Delete feature or click a Delete key on keyboard



  1. Click Yes to delete the tree



  1. The tree is deleted from the map
