Use this option when working with more layers and you want to keep the symbols of point, line and polygon layers.

- Click the right mouse button on the point/line/polygon layer
- Choose Stay Colored
- Layer symbols remain always the same as in active layer and layer (on which has been applied stay colored feature) is highlighting by light green
