10.4 Registering extensions

Extensions

It is possible to run externally developed extensions from within Field-Map and thus the way to add a customer-specific functionality to your project.

Volume tables, biomass equations, growth and yield models, assortment tables and other tools can be added via extensions.

Extensions operate with the data of an opened project.

Note:

If an extension is registered to a project, Field-Map looks for the DLL or EXE file in the directory for which it was registered; if no file is found, Field-Map searches the Documents and Settings \ All users \ FieldMap \ Extensions directory, the Program Files \ FieldMap \ Extensions directory, and the Program Files \ FieldMap directory.

1. Select the menu item Extensions > Register Extensions (DLL).

2. The Register Extensions (DLL) window appears.

2. Delete a registered extensions
3. Click the Close button to return to Field-Map Project Manager.
