3.11 Layer labels

Layer label

Labels appear on input forms in Field-Map Data Collector. (If a label is not specified, a layer name is used.)

You can use spaces and special characters for labeling.

You can specify a project with any language this way.

1. Select the layer that you want to label.
2. Click the Layer options tab.
3. Fill the “Layer label” edit box.
4. The label appears next to the layer name in brackets.

5. Field-Map Data Collector displays only the label (not the name).

Note: In case you don't specify an additional attribute in the overview table, layer label appears in the header instead of ID.
