Working with layers > Attribute(s) defining unique value combination

This option is available for Data type layer only. |
Attribute(s) defining unique value combination To prevent duplicate records in the database, write the name(s) of any attribute(s) to be used as a unique key. When a unique key is defined, it is not possible to store duplicate records for the respective attribute or attributes combination during data collection. Example shows Shrub species attribute as a unique key. When attempting to store record with the same species, a warning message appears and a value before leaving an active record needs to be changed. screenshot from Field-Map Project Manager

Note: You cannot save same species. |
