Cross checking

Cross checking GPS reference points provides information for “network” analysis. Ideally, the azimuth and the distance between points in local co-ordinates (measured by using laser range finder) and global co-ordinates (measured by GPS) should be equal. Cross checking calculates the differences and provides the information in an overview table.

1. First obtain the co-ordinates of GPS reference points

2. Click the Cross checking button

3. A new window appears displaying differences between local and global values
