Working with project > Using templates(specific design of plot shapes)
If your project needs a specific design of a plot shapes, you can use a shapefile of any shape as a template. To use templates you have to create a “Templates” directory in your project directory and two subdirectories named “Border” and “Centers”. The “Border” directory will contain polygonal shapefiles called “Border_YourName.shp” defining the shapes of the plots. The “Centers” directory will contain point shapefiles called “Centers_YourName.shp” defining the center points of the plots. If the subdirectory “Centers” does not exist, the option to import points is not available.
