3.8 Conditional appearance of layers

Working with layers > Conditional appearance of layers
|
There has to be a lookup list attribute present in a parent layer of the layer you want to set the appearance as the conditional.

- First you need a lookup list attribute in a parent layer.

- Select the layer that you want to set as the conditional.

- Select the menu item Layers > Conditional Appearance of Layer

- or click the button on the layer toolbar.

- Dialog box “Conditional Appearance of Layer” appears.
- In the column of Available master lookup lists select the lookup list with the required conditional items.
- Items of the selected lookup list appear in the column Overview of lookup list items.
- Move “true” conditional items to the column of Selected lookup list items.
- Click OK.

- A symbol of conditionality appears in front of the layer icon.

Conditional Appearance of a Layer (detailed)
This feature enables field workers to collect the data for a layer only if a certain condition is fulfilled. In the following example, the Height class form will appear only if a regeneration is present.
Step 1: Create the master lookup list.

Step 2: Set the condition rule.
