5.9 Deleting unused tables and shapefiles

Deleting unused tables, shapefiles and lookup lists

When deleting layers and lookup list attributes from a project structure, you can decide whether to delete the corresponding tables, shapefiles and lookup lists from the project folder. This function to clean up the project is available to be used at any time.

1. Select the menu item Tools > Delete Unused Tables and Shapefiles.

2. Select the tables to delete.
3. If you want to delete shapefiles, check “Delete unused shapefiles”.
4. Click OK.

5. Click “Yes” to confirm.
