You can change your password after opening your project in Field-Map Project Manager - Options - Change User Password menu.
User defined user groups There are four predefined user groups, however, admin user is able to create his own user groups with his specification. User Groups rights Admins are able to manage user accounts (i.e., adding and deleting of users and user groups, deactivating user accounts system) and, together with power users, they are allowed to manage central database under synchronization. Some other rights can be assigned to a different user groups by means of Script editor. Deactivating user accounts system Administrators can simply switch between a requirement to log and a system without login by (un)tagging User accounts active. Note: If no Admin account has been defined by the user but user accounts has been activated, use ADMIN login and empty password to obtain administrator rights. If at least one admin has been defined by the user, ADMIN account has become inactive and it would never be activated again (even if a user defined Admins are deleted)! |
Login name, Last name, Password and Confirm password are the obligatory fields
Repeat steps 3-6 to create another user accounts
