9.1 Create new server project

Only admins are allowed to create a new server project. When creating a new server project, it automatically takes the same database structure, together with the attribute definition from a currently opened project.

Note that server projects in MSSQL server and Firebird server databases can be opened only by admins.

!We strongly advice using the same character set and collation for local and server database for synchronization!

1. Select the menu item Synchronization > Create Server Project.

2. Select a directory to create a new server project.
3. Fill in the name of a server project.
4. Select the database format.
5. Click OK.

Procedure of creating a new server project as a mirror of currently opened one proceeds and an information window appears.

6. Click OK.

7. The new server project is created and ready to function.
