9.5 Sending files

Only admins and powerusers can send files via synchronization.

1. Select the menu item Synchronization > Send File(s) via Synchronization.

2. Tag files to be send.
3. Tag recipient(s).
4. Click OK.

5. A confirmation window appears, click OK. Files and the list of recipients become added to  a synchronization journal.

6. Subsequently, if you synchronize the project with server in Field-Map Data Collector, files and the mailing list become uploaded as Synchro Journal. When any user synchronizes his project with the server, program checks if this user is included in a mailing list and if so, files will be downloaded to his project (for details see Field-Map Data Collector Help).
