9.6 Adding plot to the user

Only admins and powerusers can add/remove plots via synchronization.

When you open Add records of "Plots" via Synchronization menu, you are able to define one group of users for which one group of plots will be added. If you need to assign different plots to different users, simply open the menu repeatedly and add plots to individual users step-by-step.

1. Select the menu item Synchronization > Add Records of "Plots" via Synchronization.

2. Tag plots added to selected users.
3. Tag the list of users to have plots assigned .
4. Click OK. 

5. Subsequently, if you synchronize the project with server in Field-Map Data Collector, the chosen plot(s) together with commands for adding them to a different users become uploaded as Synchro Journal. When any user synchronizes his project with the server, program checks if this user is included in a list of users to add a plot and if so, plot(s) will be downloaded to his project (for details see Field-Map Data Collector Help).
