9.7 Removing plots from users databases

Only admins and powerusers can add/remove plots via synchronization.

When you open Remove records of "Plots" via Synchronization menu, you are able to define one group of users for which one group of plots will be removed. If you need to assign more difficult rule, simply open the menu repeatedly and remove plots from individual users step-by-step.

1. Select the menu item Synchronization > Remove Records of "Plots" via Synchronization.

2. Tag plots removed from selected users.
3. Tag the list of users to have plots deleted .
4. Click OK.

5. Subsequently, if you synchronize the project with server in Field-Map Data Collector, commands concerning the deletion of plot(s) of different users become uploaded as Synchro Journal. When any user synchronizes his project with the server, program checks if this user is included in a list of users to remove a plot(s) and if so, plot(s) will be removed from his project (for details see Field-Map Data Collector Help).
