Make sure that you have measured the position of trees

  1. Tree No. 8 has DBH too small for the defined subcircle

  1. Tree No. 9 is outside the plot border

Download DBH data from the calliper. Field-Map automatically refreshes DBH and checks if trees have a diameter large enough for the defined subcircles.




  1. A dialog box “Problematic Trees” appears , after downloaded data from a calliper
  2. Examine the list to learn why Field-Map wants to delete trees. To keep some of the marked trees, untag the appropriate check boxes
  3. Click Delete trees button
