AddSubGroup procedure

Prototype:	procedure AddSubGroup(const Caption_, Note_ :string);
Description:	Adds a sub group container for scripts into the script organizer
Syntax:	AddSubGroup(Caption, Note);
Return value:	none

Note: This procedure is available since version X7.
