ShowExcelPreview procedure

Prototype:	procedure ShowExcelPreview (const Filename_ :string; const Options_ : string);
Description:	Shows a excel preview.
Syntax:	Project.ShowExcelPreview(Filename, Options);

	Project	A reference to the Field-Map project as defined in Field-Map Project Manager
	Filename	A string contains name of file extension
