Writing On-Validate / On-Change scripts in Field-Map Project Manager

1. Open Field-Map Project Manager and create or open Project. For more information, see the Field-Map Project Manager user guide.

2. Click the layer and attribute that the script should belong to.

3. Click the On-Validate/On-Change script pane (A) to view and edit a script (B).

4. Write the text of a script.

       A) Use the Open button to load / import an existing script.

       B) Use the Save button to export the script.

       C) Use the Compile button to compile the script.

       D) Use the Edit button to open an edit (large) window.

       E) Use the Insert attribute button to insert attributes names into code.
