Delete procedure

Prototype:	procedure Delete(Index :integer);
Description:	Delete procedure deletes string on the Index position.
Syntax:	StringList.Delete(Index);
	Part	Description
	StringList	A reference to an instance of a TStringListWrapper
	Index	An integer represents index position in the StringList. Starting with 0.
Return value:	none

Example:

strList1 : TStringListWrapper;

t : string;

begin

strList1 := CreateStringList;

strList1.BeginUpdate;

strList1.Add('Picea');

strList1.Add('Fagus');
