GetTextHeight function

Prototype:	function GetTextHeight(const Format :string) :integer;
Description:	Gets the total height of the specified format.
Syntax:	variable := xls.GetTextHeight(Format);
	Part	Description
	xls	Variable declared as an instance of the TExcelWrapper class
	Format	Variable declared as string that represents the format name
Return value:	The height of the specified format
