SetColWidth procedure

Prototype:	procedure SetColWidth(const col1,col2 :integer; const Width :integer);
Description:	Sets the width of columns in pixels.
Syntax:	xls.SetColWidth(col1,col2,Width)
	Part	Description
	xls	Variable declared as an instance of the TExcelWrapper class
	col1	Variable declared as integer that represents column number of the first column to set width
	col2	Variable declared as integer that represents column number of the last column to set width
	Width	Variable declared as integer that represents width in pixels
Return value:	none
