SetDefaultColWidth procedure

Prototype:	procedure SetDefaultColWidth(Width :integer);
Description:	Sets the default width of columns in pixels.
Syntax:	xls.SetDefaultColWidth(Width)
	Part	Description
	xls	Variable declared as an instance of the TExcelWrapper class
	Width	Variable declared as integer that represents width in pixels
Return value:	none
