GetTextWidth function

Prototype:	function GetTextWidth(const Text :string; const Format :string) :integer;
Description:	Gets the total width of the specified text of the specified format.
Syntax:	variable := xls.GetTextWidth(Text, Format);
	Part	Description
	xls	Variable declared as an instance of the TExcelWrapper class
	Text	Variable declared as string that represents the text to determine the width for
	Format	Variable declared as string that represents the format name
Return value:	The width of the specified text of the specified format
